Who we are

MentorDaak (website https://www.mentordaak.com and the Android / iOS apps) is operated by Heripico Roots Pvt Limited (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@mentordaak.com.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email address, and sign-in method (email OTP, Google, or Apple).
• Alert preferences: saved job / Sarkari filter mixes and the email used for digests.
• Payment metadata from PayU when you buy an email alert seat (amount, transaction id, status) — we do not store full card or UPI secrets.
• Basic device and usage signals needed to run the app (e.g. crash / session diagnostics if enabled).

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To send the job / exam alert emails you opted into.
• To process payments and unlock paid alert seats.
• To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We use trusted processors such as email delivery, Google / Apple sign-in, and PayU for payments. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep account and alert data while your account is active. You can update alert mixes in the app, stop emails by cancelling the plan / removing mixes, or email us to request deletion of your account data.

Children

MentorDaak is aimed at people exploring careers and public hiring. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
